Flypify surfaces curated product research — market revenue, margin, saturation and trend estimates — to help you make product decisions, and lets you push products to your store. Figures shown are estimates built from third-party data for decision support; they are not promises of any result.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment provider (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are the same whether you subscribe on the web or in the app. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Flypify is a research and productivity tool, not financial advice and not a guarantee of income. We do not promise that you will make money, achieve any particular sales, or that any product will be profitable. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own execution. Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to scrape, resell or redistribute the data, no reverse engineering, and no interfering with the Service’s operation or security.

The Service, including its content, software and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms.

The Service integrates with third parties (for example Stripe for payments and Shopify for publishing). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. [TODO: finalize liability cap with counsel.]
